Structural Engineer:

Preparation of manual or computer-aided structural calculations for different precast or cast-in-place members like hollow core slabs, double tee slabs, cast-in-place slabs, beams, columns among other. Preparation of stability and lateral load analysis for framed structures or shear walled structures including design of connections either manually or with use of computer programs. Ensures that structural member sizes reinforcements connection details are implemented in the drawings. Coordination with clients or consultants on technical requirements of the project. Minimum of five (5) years experience as structural engineer. Familiar with international building code like UBC & ACI code of practice.

Design Engineer:

      Coordinate the dimensional requirement of precast/cast-in-situ structure. Supervise output

      of team leaders/CAD operators. Support the sales department in the preparation of

      structural framing plans and details. Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in the above job

      description. Experience in precast structure as design coordinator, detailer is a big

      advantage.

Quality Control:

Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. Good experience in prcast. 2 year working experience in Gulf (not required, but a plus). Proficient in English (read and write). Driver license (not required, but a plus). Computer skills (MS Office).

Site Supervisor:

Should be Graduate in civil engineering. Minimum 5 years experience in the field of construction-preferably in precast construction with driving license if possible. as a site supervisor he will be dealing with the implementation of the project site. Should be familiar to use the transit level and theodolite at site. Supervise the day to day activities at site, until the duration of the project. Prepare the material request needed at sire. Allocate manpower according to the working schedule. Communication in English is must. Co-ordinate with client to satisfy their requirements. Prepare, daily working schedule at site. Update the day to day progress of the work at site. Should take the sole responsibility of site to execute the project with in the specified duration.

Safety Officer:

Good experience in precast. 3 years working experience in Gulf (not required, but a plus). Proficient in English (read and write). Must have driving license. Computer skills (MS Office).

Auto Cad Operator:

To prepare erection layout and connection details of different precast elements in coordination with the Design Project Coordinators/Team Leaders and Structural Engineers. To prepare the fabrication drawings of different precast/ prestressed elements like columns, beams, double tee slabs, hollows core slabs, solid and sandwich wall panels all in accordance with dimensional requirement of the erection layout and details. To incorporate in the element drawings the electrical, mechanical, plumbing requirements of the project. Able to check also the drawings prepared by the CAD operators. At least five yrs continuous experience in structural drafting works using AutoCAD and have knowledge about structures specially precast concrete.
