WANTED FOR AFGHANISTAN

 

MTN Afghanistan is the subsidiary company of MTN Group operating in 21 countries with a subscriber base of over 45 Million. MTN provides GSM services in Afghanistan.  Launched in mid 2006, MTN has grown to a tune of 400% in the last 12 months of operation. To spear head this growth further, they are looking for qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following Kabul based positions.

                                                                                                                                                  

1)  Position:          Products and Services Manager: 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist advertising management with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent MTN Afghanistan products and services to subscribers and prospective clients.

·         Design and develop policies and strategy for the services to be developed.

·         Develop suitable GSM products in coordination with all other divisions.

·        Develop, coordinate, direct and administer policies relating to all phases of the company’s products and services activity.

 

Qualification, Skills and Experiences:

 

·     University degree in Marketing or Communications.

·     5 to 6 years relevant experience.

·    Knowledge of campaign management, marketing and products/services development & life cycle management.

2) Position:           Revenue Assurance Manager:

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assists in achieving the key results, which need to be delivered in Revenue assurance in order to ensure optimum benefits to all stakeholders.

·         Assist in developing policy statements within sphere of expertise and submit for approval.

·        Effectively develops and leads individual and team/departmental goals to minimize the risk and potential of        revenue and expense leakage to ensure that all revenue-producing. events are captured, processed, rated and billed timely.

 

Qualification, Skills and Experiences:

 

·          MBA in Finance or Bachelor Engineering.

·          5 to 6 years relevant experiences.

·          Have telecommunication background.

·          Familiar with revenue assurance and fraud management software.

 3) Position:        Market Intelligence Head of Section:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop customer intelligence analysis.

  • Integrate information from diverse sources through research methodology, systems-based information sources and information integration techniques.

  • Develop relationships and source reliable contact for information gathering across other competitor companies.

  • Build and maintain knowledge base of competitor activities.

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend appropriate strategies and actions to pre-empt or respond.

  • Comprehend target market and changing customer needs and wants and recommend proactive strategies.

  • Conduct marketing research studies through companies research.

  • Select and liaison market research companies to run qualitative & qualitative research.

Qualification, Skills and Experiences:

·          Conduct marketing research studies through companies research.

Qualification, Skills and Experiences:

·          University degree in marketing or communication

·          3 to 5 years relevant experiences

·          Strong analytical report writing and communication skills

·          Have knowledge and experience of conducting customer satisfaction index, mystery shopping, churn analysis.

4) Position:           Retention Manager:

 

Key Responsibilities:

·          Assist in Customer Account Management.

·          Retention of revenues and customers.

·          Regular and ongoing customer communications.

·          Assist Sales in “up-selling” customers to additional E Source products to grow the account.

·          Expand product line by initiating, developing, and launching new deliverables.

·          Analyze product uptake and online deliverable download statistics.

·          Support and contribute ideas for new product development.

 

Qualification, Skills and Experiences:

 

·          At least 5 years of industry experience in mass markets, especially in energy.

·          College degree, preferably marketing; Graduate degree desirable.

·          Strong communication skills.

 Terms & Conditions of Employment:

 

  1. Salary – will dependant of the profile of the candidate.

  2. Accommodation – Furnished bachelor type accommodation will be provided free of cost.

  3. Air Ticket from – City of residence to place of work in Afghanistan – Kabul – Hometown.

  4. Initial period of contract – Long term.

  5. Food allowance is paid.
