All candidates who have qualified Second Korean Language Test held on 15 th June 2008 are advised to report to respective OEC Headquarter office in Islamabad and Regional Offices in Provincial Capitals along with Original Machine Readable Passport, KLT Slip, NIC Card with one Copy and 4 passport size photographs for obtaining the following:-

3. Candidates will have to pay Rs.2500/- as Medical fee payable to respective Medical Centres. The Medical Centers will submit medical reports directly to the respective offices of OEC. Candidates must report to the OEC Headquarters/Regional Offices three days after medical examination for submission of Job Application Form duly filled in (typed) along with the following:-
(i) Clear colored copy of Machine Readable passport.
(ii) Two passport size colored photographs (one to be pasted on Job Application Form).
(iii) Photo copy of Matric Certificate.
4. After receipt of Job Application Forms from the candidates they will be placed on the Job Seekers Roster which will be transmitted to HRD Korea on line. Placement on Job Seekers Roster does not guarantee employment in South Korea as already mentioned in the advertisements of OEC. Thereafter, the Korean Employers will select the candidates and send the Services Contracts to OEC. The candidates will be intimated immediately and will be asked to report to OEC for signing the Service Contract along with Police Verification Report. The candidates are, therefore, advised to obtain the same in the mean time.
5. After signing the Service Contract the candidates will be given training of 9 to 10 days in Korean Language, Korean culture, EPS and Industrial safety measures in Karachi and Islamabad. Thereafter the CCIV(Visas) will be received from HRD Korea and visa will be endorsed by the Embassy of Korea in Islamabad.
6. Candidates are requested to please read the above instructions carefully and follow the same. They are advised not to make unnecessary telephone calls to OEC and HRD Korea. However, in unavoidable cases they may be call on 051-9207285.
7. After placement on Job Seekers Roster and its transmission online to HRD Korea Job Seekers Roster number for each candidate will be generated by HRD Korea which will be intimated to the candidates for their information along with the Result Card.
