TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms for supply of Tonner for HP5500 Colour Printer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The exact make and brand of toner cartridge should be clearly mentioned otherwise the quotations will be rejected. all necessary technical details should also be provided with the offer.

2. The Quotations should be valid for at least two weeks with necessary technical literature/ brochures. The offer should reach the office of Secretary, OEC on or before 10:00 a.m ___ 30 th August, 2008 . Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m.

3. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
