1. Contract: Family contracts are for One year, which are renewable annually, if agreeable to both parties.
2. Benefits : Free furnishing (hard furnishings only) family accommodation, 48 days paid leave a year,
Business class air ticket (Sr. No.1 & 2 ) and economy class air ticket (Sr.No.3 to 6) on initial appointment and on final exit, 75% of the cost of air ticket for annual leave travel once during the contractual year and Basic Medical coverage.
3. Allowance will be given for House rent, transport, water and electricity when these are not provided free by the Ministry. There is no income Tax levied in Oman at the moment.
