FREE REGISTRATION WITH OEC RESUME BANK
Registration with OEC Resume
Bank is optional for anyone and its purpose
is to enable maximum candidates to be
considered for employment abroad. If a
candidate is selected by employer without
interview/test, No fee (application process
fee) will be charged.

Registration fee for various categories
stands abolished and registration with OEC
Resume Bank is free of cost.

Free registration is valid for six months.
This will be cancelled if not renewed
within 2 months after its expiry.

Renewal is essential to keep the resumes’
updated and to maintain the status of
willingness and availability of candidates
for employment abroad.

For renewal of registration, candidates
will be required to submit a written
application or an E-mail request also
indicate any change in their resume,
contact information, education and
experience.

Renewal request through e-mail shall only
be accepted from the e-mail address
already given in the resume of the
candidates.
METHOD/PROCESS OF FREE REGISTRATION
The candidate interested in
foreign employment shall fill the
Personal History Form
.The duly filled Personal History Form
should be submitted /sent to nearest office
of the Corporation.
Interested candidates can also register
through Internet free of cost using
registration facility on OEC’s website. They
can also create and update their resumes'.
Those candidates who do not have the ability
to register and create his resume through
Internet, OEC will do the same on submission
of written application (hard copy) by the
candidate.
BENEFITS OF REGISTRATION:

During the valid period of registration
the CV of the candidate will remain
published on OEC’s website in respective
category(s). The foreign employers from
around the world visit OEC’s website to
search for the candidates of their
requirements and they will be able to see
select a CV for employment.

OEC continuously receives demands of
foreign employers for suitable candidates
according to their specific requirements.
OEC than searches for CVs of suitable
candidates registered in its Resume Bank
and forwards them to the foreign employer
electronically or in printed form.

Candidates are selected after final
interview by the employer and sometimes
outstanding candidates are selected at
their CVs.

assistance of professionals, consultants
and international organizations, is in

PROCEDURE TO APPLY AGAINST ADVERTISED POST
i.
Candidates of all categories i.e.
Professional, Highly Skilled, Semi Skilled
and Un-Skilled may submit there afresh
application against each job published in
National Press/OEC’s Website.
ii.
To apply the candidates should
preferably fill Personal History Form and
send the same alongwith copies of
supporting documents, latest resume.
(indicating e-mail and telephone numbers),
copy of NIC, two photographs etc with
prescribed application fee for each
position.
iii.
Already registered candidates CV
online service of OEC, needs not to fill the
Personal History Form again. They may
indicate their registration number and apply
on plain paper along with supporting
documents and prescribed application fee.
PRESCRIBED APPLICATION FEE
The application fee is being charged against
processing cost incurred on arranging the
interviews and to meet the cost of visiting
delegates.

Degree , Regular Diploma or Associate
